Electronic Visit Verification
Confirm Your Services with DidYouGo
The new Aged Care reforms, through "Support at Home" and "Strengthening Standards", have made Service Confirmation mandatory for Aged Care Providers (also known as Electronic Visit Verification, or EVV).

Similar requirements exist for the NDIS, CHSP providers and across Community Health Care. The Government no longer accept an invoice as proof that a service or product has actually been delivered.
